'Press 1 to accept this call' - UCC SNR

hi all,

dialling in from new zealand here, running in to issues with Single Number Reach feature of the UCC server. Everything in the server appears to be working apart from the Single Number Reach whereby the mobile (or land line) at the receiving end hears the 'Cisco Unified Callconnecter. Press 1 to accept this call' prompt twice but nothing happens when 1 is pressed! i have tested this across multiple mobile phone companies so it is not company specific....i am wondering if this might be something to do with the tone of the NZ keys?? we have run into several localisation issues and bugs with our phone numbers/standards etc so we're wondering if its similar...i have also logged this with PDI.

anyone have any ideas out there, or want config info let me know!

also the calling party just

also the calling party just sits on the hold music indefinitely...even if i hang up on the automated 'press 1' call
