Hi, I have a problem with our office UC500. I am struggling with 0800 numbers here in the UK, the problem is that the numbers vary in length, sometimes 10, sometimes 11 digits. I am currently altering the destination pattern and the forward digit value in order to make the calls. I have dial-peers set for emergency services , local calls etc and all work ok. Just what to be able to dial 10 and 11 digit 0800 numbers without changing the config every time. Any help would be greatly appreciated |

Thankyou, for the reply.
I set the 'T' at the end of the destination pattern and that did the trick, i was trying to be to specific.

To clarify
using the "T" as a wildcard will enable the dialpeer to accept any digits until the inter-digit timeout (specified in telephony-service) expires.
So in Steve's config you can dial 08 and then any length or combination of digits until the timeout expires and then the call will be passed to the relevant port or trunkgroup - should work ok, but default inter-digit timeout is 5sec or something, so if you find that to be too long, change it under telephony-service
0800 Dialplan
