Little bit of a newbie here....learning as I go. Let's say my office extension is 101. My ip communicator extension is 102. On my Ipcomm I also want a button for my office ext. 101. I can add this to button #2 within the CallManager Express GUI very easily, but when I try to add it as a Normal extension to button #2 under the CCA, it fails saying I cannot do it as it is a Normal extension for another phone? |

This is a CCA Limitation
What you are trying to do is have a shared line. Unfortunately, CCA won't allow you to do this at the moment. It is a known limitation and we are working to improve it.
