AA - go to voicemail outside business hours

i am learning more and more thanks to this great forum.

latest succes - i have set up the AA succesfully with menu options that direct the caller to different hunt groups.

i have also set my business hours in CUE and the AA now plays an extra message when i am closed. but the it continues by playing the regular menu.

how go i get the AA to go straight to a GDM voicemail after playing the message that we are closed? (i have the gdm set up already)

Virtual Extension Personally, the way that I would set it up is to create an ephone-dn that isnt assigned to a phone and have it CFA to voicemail.... Then in your aa script etc. set it to redirect all calls to that ephone-dn outside business hours. Login or register to post comments
