I am being told by my installer (British Telecom) that the call queues and hunt groups can't be tested until the (PRI) ISDN 30 bearer is moved from it's current location onto the new system. Myself, I obviously would feel better testing the install before the call center is moved of course! I imagined that each call queue, or hunt group, could be configured to map to an extension. So, for example, if an Admin operator gets a call for accounts, they could transfer it into the Accounts call queue to await an operator, without having to re-dial and select the option on the AA menu.
