I have to say, it really is how you learn. I do not like classes as compared to good hands on experience. I learn more by getting the DEMO unit and installing the phones and figuring out what is wrong. I acutally call into TAC once in a while and watch their configurations when I am stuck and learn from that. This site has been helpful as well.

I have one employee that only learns from classes and that is the only way he can understand the concepts.
