UC500.com

Actually I am new user with UC520, I connect analogue trunk to it and notice the following:
the incoming call will not release after it forwarded to the voice mail of any extension immediatly after the caller disconnected, but it take about 2 min to released and become free.
Is there any solution to aviod that, the telephone line provider only send line reversal.
