Customer running UC520, now on 7.01 EA but the issue has happened well prior to that. The receptionist receives a call, and presses transfer, then dials the extension that the call is for. Before the person answers, another call comes in. The first call is then immediately transferred, before the receptionist has had a chance to announce to the extension. Why is this, and what can I do to stop it? The receptionist is now setup as an octo-line, I thought that might help but it didnt make any difference. Regards |
