Button labels for 7931G

Hi,

Does anyone have a template or some way of doing up the button labels for the 7931G handset?

A post on another forum somewhere states cisco.com once had a word template for it, but I cant find this anywhere.

At the moment I'm measuring it up with a ruler to try and craft my own
