Call both desk and Mobile

Can I configure on the UC500 a setup so that an incoming call can be sent both to the extension and a mobile at the same time.

Yes it can With UCC Mobile

You can implement Single Number reach with the addon of Unified Call Connector Mobility. It runs on a Server platform and connects to the UC520. With it you can have up to 3 phones ring at once and fall back to a single voicemail box. You also get presence feature and the ability to add rules based on Caller-Id as to how calls are distributed.
