Changing the Display Name on the phone of a B-ACD/Hunt Group

I have 2 hunt groups set-up that are using the B-ACD tcl scripts. They forward to 2 different hunt-groups, but I want to be able to identify which hunt group the call is going to on the phone.

B-ACD from SIP-trunk crashing platform, only non drop-through

I have a UC520 configured for B-ACD. I have two types of script, drop-through and non drop-through. Locally all scripts work, but my main outside connection is a SIP trunk.

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have the BACD setup. However when I call in the prompts do not play. Here are my configurations below.
