Cisco Announced three new entry level certifications. The CCNA Wireless, CCNA Security and the CCNA Voice. Information about these new Cisco’s New CCNA Concentrations can be found here at Global Knowledge's website.

They have not announced a retirement for

Cisco has changed its requirements for it's entry level Small and Medium Bussiness (SMB) Partner Certification.
This is a Certification for Company's wishing to Sell Cisco's SMB solutions.

Cisco CallManager Express Certification

Cisco offers an IP Communications Express Certfication.
