Client machine cant ping all Machines on the Lan

UC500 VLAN configuration and routing issues

I just joined a Company and they have deployed UC500 with the accompanying CE520. a quick check reveals that they have 3 VLANS default (VLAN1), VLAN70 (data) and VLAN70(voice).
