Call chaperone enables an authorized user to intercept and record phone calls. Call chaperone works by intercepting and answering the call from the calling party and manually creating a conference.

i wanna a buy a new telephony system for our company. I also want to buy a system from Cisco, but i don´t know what´s the better choice?

Multiple PRI Interfaces

I know the uc500 only supports the single vwic t1 card for a single PRI circuit, but what if we have multiple pri circuits?

Doing a multisite VPN setup with at least one UC520

It is possible to do a multisite VPN setup, as long as you have the following:
- A UC520 at one site
- A UC520, SR520, or ISR with a VPN-capable version of IOS at the other sites

This setup will connect the voice and data subnets at each of the sites in the multisite VPN setup.

UC500 easy VPN connection to ISR 871

Has anyone implemented a Easy VPN connection from the UC500 to an ISR?

I can get everything to work (via CCA on both hardwares) but here are the problems -
