This seems to be an unfortunate trend for me lately. When there is an SNR session already in progress, another SNR session can not successfully complete.

I recently ran into a problem using the SNR feature of UCC. When an SNR call is connected and the user keys in their password, the call fails to go to conference.

Just wanted to let you guys know I ran into a BUG with Mobility server and UC500. It seems that you can not use Autoattendant with Mobility. It needs to be a direct inward dial (DID) number only.

I guess I'll kick things off on this forum. Has anyone had any luck integrating ANY software with the UC520. I've been trying to get UCC server 1.3 running without any luck.
