I am trying to configure call queueing on cme 7.0. basically I want the main number coming into the auto attendant, which basically says" welcome your call is important", then queue the call.. they have two receptionists, 5010, 5011 which will be in a calling group, and get each of the calls inthe queue in order.. how do I configure.. |

I'd like some steps on this too.
I know it can be done with the B-ACD call scripts but that's all I've really looked into myself. It looked conplicated.
The difference we're after is it only goes into a queue if the reception lines are busy, otherwise it goes straight to the receptionists with no AA intervention.
