Call Reporting

I have a UC520 running ccme and i am looking for a way to log incoming and outgoing calls in a user friendly format. i looked into the call history option under the reports button in the CCME, but that didn't work for us. Does anyone know of a freeware software that would pull the logs off the UC520 and import them into a nice GUI? Do i have to buy the softeware? If so, any recommendations?

There are third party

There are third party software, like stonevoice etc. However if you download UC500 Sw ver 4.2(7), that contains CUE 3.0.3 which has the "client reporting tool" thta does most of the things one can want. Search for the documentaton under CUE 3.0.3 area on CCO.
