I'm setting up a Cisco 2691 with CME 3.3 and CUE 3.2.2. When I call from one extension to another and let voicemail pick up, I get a fast-busy signal. If I dial directly into the voicemail extension, however, I get the voice menu and can set up personalized greetings and even send messages that way (MWI lights up and everything). And all other functions in CME and CUE seem to be working. Cisco's suggestion is to check the codec, but I have it set to g711ulaw, which is the only codec CUE supports. Cisco also says to run a trace ccn stacksip dbug, but that generates no information. It's almost as if the CME doesn't know what the voicemailbox extension is, even though it's configured under the telephony-services section, and the ephone-dn's also point to the voicemailbox with the call-forward busy and noan lines. Does any have any idea what's going on? I can post the configs on the router and the CUE if that will help. Thanks. |

Never mind
Figured out it was the dialplan pattern. It works now.
