I have recently been configuring a new CUC520 for a client - using a SIP trunk I am able to call from the PSTN into the CUC520 IP phones and out from the IP phones to the PSTN.
I have configured the prompt management number and AA and VM numbers as below but I am unable to call from the PSTN to the pilot number or from within the CUC520 environment to the pilot number? As such I can't get the Auto Attendant to work on the CUC520! Any suggestions ideas would be greatly appreciated...........

I have the same problem
I have the same problem before, but it seem that you could fix it by login to Cisco Unity Express (default weblink 10.1.10.1 with username cisco password cisco) to do Administrator->Sync Information to sync between CME and CUE
Did you set the call-in
Did you set the call-in numbers in CUE?

Auto Attendant Issues
Yes, and I have given admin rights to the user that I want to use the prompt management. Really confused though as I expected AA to be fairly straightforward?
same over here
i have the same problem. set the call-in number, and i have given admin right to the user. but the number is not recognised when i dial it.
solved
