CCA 1.5 Screwed Up My Local and Long Distance Dialing
Cisco Configuration Assistant 1.5 Screwed Up My Local and Long Distance Dialing
In my local dialing area I am required to use 10 digit dialing for all local calls. Previous versions of CCA do not allow 10 digit local dialing. Modifications can be made via CLI to allow 10 digit local dialing. I was assured by Cisco's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) that CCA 1.5 would address and correct this short coming. Well CCA 1.5 does address this issue, but now both my local, 10 digit dialing, and my long distance, 11 digit dialing, do not work. After upgrading from CCA 1.1(11) to CCA 1.5, I was forced to revert back to using CCA 1.1(11). Anyone else having this problem? Any useful suggestions?

I have downloaded it and I
I have downloaded it and I don't understand the setup wizard. I can do everything else (security, telephony etc.) but when I start the Setup Wizard and choose UC500 it says I'm not connected! I do not see any improvements in setting up useful dial-plans in CCA either, seems to be the same.
