How can I change the PIN and password for one phone user when the user forgot his name and or PIN code to access the voicemail in the UC520 box. I've tried the CCME (web)editor, but nothing happens when I change the right fields for the right phone .. anyone can help. Regards, Eric Oosterbaan |

Make sure that the correct
Make sure that the correct phone is associated with the user.
Are you ussing the CCME web interface or CME?
Example:
http://192.168.10.1/ccme.html <---CME
http://10.1.10.1 <---- CUE
The CUE web interface integrates with the CME interface so all options are available.
