Changing Background in Cisco IP Phone 7911,while using UC 520 as the CME and CUE

Dear,

Just would like to know if any idea how to modify the Background image in the IP phone 7911, while using the UC 520 as the CME and CUE?

I have tried to follow those instructions in cisco official guide however that only suitable for Cisco Unified Call Manager.
