easiest way is to do it via
easiest way is to do it via the web interface and removed the 20x exts. and add your desired ones
to add the 4 digit you can do that on inital setup using CCA 1.5 on the dial tab i think it is.
remember if you change the ext. to 4 digits you need to make sure voicemail, paging etc changes aswell.
Changing the default 200 numbers to 4 digit
I always let the 200 default numbers live. I let phones get the 2xx numbers automatically
and then find them and change them to the correct 4xxx 4 digit number or whatever.
I create the 4 digit number first and then go to each phone and change the directory number.
This way I know that a phone with a 2xx number is a new one and needs to be configured properly.
