Is there a way to reprogram the top four buttons on a 7931g phone? They are currently assigned to default functionality such as applications, Directory, etc. I would like to have them be used for speed dial entries. Everything I have tried thus far doesn't work. Thanks! |

under a standard install,
under a standard install, CCA assigns 'ephone-template 15' to 7931 phones. ephone-template 15 sets the 7931 button-layout to '2'

I think it's either one or the other. I'm not sure if you can remove it completely. Try removing the ephone-template from the 7931 ephones.
