You can copy the original factory configuration from the flash to the startup-config. There should be a file with the factory configuration, with a name like UC520W-8U-4FXO-K9-factory-4.2.4.cfg. The name will be different based on the version that you have.
In exec mode from a telnet session or console connection -
copy flash:UC520W-8U-4FXO-K9-factory-4.2.4.cfg startup-config
confirm the filename when asked.
reboot the UC500 and it will come up with the factory configuration.
You must do it from the command line console session
type
service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session (this gets you into the CUE console)
enter your login info
type offline
type restore factory
this will reload unity express with the original shipping version that came with the box. You may have to upgrade now.
Now if you don't have the login info (more dangerous here) type
service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 reload
then immediately type service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session
break the bootloader by hitting *** within 10 seconds when prompted.
then type boot helper
You then need to load all the Unity Express files on a tftp server and have unity express boot via tftp to start a clean install.
here is some output . . .
