Dictation & Transcription suggestion for a UC500

I am a Cisco partner and I have a Law office that is interested in connecting a dictation machine or software to a UC500. A lawyer will record notes (like a long voicemail) for admin asst to review later and make changes to a legal document. Any recommendations on a product that can do this?
