Disable secondary call/Call Waiting

Hi

Our users are complaining that when they are on a call and another call comes in, they hear a beeping in their ear. I assume this is the secondary call/call waiting functionality. Is there a way to disable it? Preferrably on a per user basis. We are also using overlays so some users are members of a ring group.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

call waiting

1. configure 'huntstop channel' on your overlaid DNs to prevent them from ringing into a user on call waiting.
2. configure 'no call-waiting beep' on your DNs to disable the beep.
