Auto Attendant emergency Exit

Hello,I installed on a UC520 an Auto Attendant, which so far works well.Dial the announcement comes that we have to press 1 if you want to speak with a staff and key 2, when I leave a message on the mailbox will.Now I have the following problem:If no key is pressed, the announcement comes 3 times and then the call is disconnected. Is it possible to configure an emergency exit, one passes to a point when he expresses no key?

You will need to download the Unity express Editor from Cisco to edit the.  It is a Java based tool and can build a very complex Auto Attendant but can be difficult to learn on your own.  It is taught in the Cisco IIUC2 Authorized course.
