Auto dial on pickup

Hi...can anybody suggest a configuration for a 7911 phone used for a gatehouse or elevator where I'd like it to auto-dial a pre-assigned number when the handset is lifted...and has no other access?

How about an analog phone

Any ideas on how to do the same thing with an analog phone connected to an FXS port?
