Cisco has added another platform to the UC500 IP PBX portfolio, the UC560.  The UC560 starts with support for 16 phones and can expand to 104 phones total. Expansion is performed by purchasing licenses in 8 unit increments. It has 3 Gigabit switch uplinks as well a new user accessible flash slot for Unity Express. It also has enought DSPs to support the VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E12 Dual T-1 / E-1 card and has 2 VIC expansion slots.

Transferring calls - Strange issue

I have a customer that when the receptionist is on one call, and another call comes through. Utilising call waiting, the receptionist places the first call on hold and answers the call.
