Voicemail notification behind an asa 5505

I have a problem that makes no sense.  I have a UC520 that was installed earlier this week and the voicemail to email notification to email is not working.  I am using my ISP's SMTP server for the Voicemail notification for the UC520 to send out the notification message.  The server requires no username or password.  I set up my PC to send email using this server and it work

Is there any way to remove details from a voicemail left? When listening to a voicemail is takes forever due to the date/time/number stamp played prior to the voceimail itself.

Voicemail is silent when transfered.

When I transfer a call to an extension and let the call timeout, it transfers to silence. All ephone-dns are forwarding to 234 (voicemail) if busy or noan.
