forwarding after using Auto attendant drops the line

daxler's picture

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this forum and cisco voip so I apologise if this is a simple problem but searches have failed to yield the information i need,
I am running CME 4.1 and CUE 2.3 on a 2621XM router
when I forward incoming calls to any number internal or external it works fine but when the call is routed through the Auto Attendant the the call is dropped after one ring as soon as it is forwarded. This includes forwarding to voicemail. This makes the AA useless you cannot leave voicemail for anyone or forward desk phones to mobile phones.
I have been struggling with this for ages, If any further information is required please let me know, any help would be hugely appreciated as i feel like hitting things with a hammer at the moment :)
