So Ya Wanna KNOW how to upgrade that Unity Express to 3.03??

I had a REALLY tough time figuring this out, so I thought it would be better to tell everyone that cares how I did finally get the UC520 that I own from CUE v 2.3.4 to 3.0.3
Start by reading this document: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/rel3_0/installat...
This is the HOW TO on installing and upgrading the CUE from a prior version (in my case, 2.3.4) to 3.0 and beyond. I wanted to get a simple enough view of how to do this because I am no rocket scientist, nor router jockey! I used to be better at the CLI, but I am rusty...I am more of a sales-owner now.
Here is the really pertinent part... BACK UP YOUR CONFIG FIRST!!
1. Log into the router (10.1.10.1, your username and password)
2. Go to enable mode if you're not there already.
3. switch to the services module (service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session)
4. log into the services module (in my case, cisco, with a password)
5. enable
6. enter the command: "software install clean url ftp://your-ftp-server-ip-address/cue-vm.ise.3.0.3.pkg username (ftp-username) password (ftp-user-password)"
7. Observe that your installation (provided that you can get to the FTP server) is now progressing very well...
8. In my case, I made a very rudimentary mistake...I am FTPing from my stinkin' Vista box...so I had to disable the software firewall from McAfee because it refused to let the helper port alone.
Now that the box is on CUE3.03, and my IOS is on cue-vm.ise.3.0.3.pkg, I am looking to get froggy with the STEENKIN CME. I feel it's needing a swift upgrading too... Call me a glutton for punishment at 3AM.

Yes I do WANT to know how to upgrade The Unity Express to 3.0.3
What Method did you use to back up your config?
I assume after running "software install clean url ftp://your-ftp-server-ip-address/cue-vm.ise.3.0.3.pkg Command and it is succesful a Restore is needed, what method is used to restore?
I am assuming the CME web GUI to backup and restore, or do you know a CLI way?
Note: you have put 10.1.10.1 as your router address to log into, my router address is default at 192.168.10.1, my CUE is 10.1.10.1, I cannot telnet to that, I can however run Service-module int-serv-eng 0/0 session from prompt once teled into 192.168.10.1. is that a Typo or am I missing somthing?
Thanks
