Need help in setting up the system to forward the main number to a cell phone. User wants to be able to do thsi remotely, I have it setup to work internally, but cannot figure out how to do it remotely. |

From the CLI, under Telephony-Service you need to enter a call-forward pattern that matches one of your outbound dial-peers:
call-forward pattern 81..........
"8" for the outside line, as an example, plus the number you are forwarding to.
The call-forward pattern must be specific. If all your dial-peers have 9T for destiation-patterns then you will need to dial "#" after entering the forwarded number to execute an interdigit timeout.

You can do a call-forward all
You can do a call-forward all on your main line dns. If you need more flexibility then you will probably need Cisco Unified Call Connector to achieve this.
