Hi, just like to say this site has been a life saver. Just wondering if someone could help me with a call forwarding problem. I've been asked to change a uc520 setup so instead of sending there calls through to answer phone once they've missed them it will forward it to a external number. Is there away to change this if so could you give me a few pointers. Thanks for the help Rob |

This is easily done. Set
This is easily done. Set Call Forward Busy / No Answer in the extension settings (assuming you are using the GUI to administer) to an external number. example, if you are forwarding to 1-800-GO-CISCO then enter the number as 918004624726 , assuming your outside prefix is a "9" for an outside line and assuming the the Class of Restrictions on the drictory number in question allows dialing the number you wish to forward to.
