Getting the correct time on the handset

Hi,
I'm unable to get the time working correctly on the handset.
On the UC520 itself I have configured an ntp server, as well as it's running as an NTP master.
Time stamps in voicemail is correct, just not the time on the phone, where does the NTP setting for the handset itself get downloaded from?
Under the telephony-service config on the UC I have configured the time-zone to be GMT+8 but it's still incorrect.
thanks
-Dan

Using CCA 1.8
I'm not finding the 'timezone' setting in Telephony. I'm using CCA 1.8 so I'm wonder if people are talking about a previous version.
Trying to do as little with the IOS as possible at this point.
In additon to all of these
In additon to all of these other great comments, check your NTP status as well 'show ntp status' and verify that you are getting the time from the NTP server
Unless you have set the stratum setting in the 'ntp master' command, the router is likely using the router clock instead of the NTP server.
Use 'ntp master 7' and the router should use the NTP servers first and then the router clock as a last resort.

If your UC520 clock is
If your UC520 clock is correct (show clock)
then change timezone at telephony-service
handset/ ip phones timezone configuration is at
telephony-service
timezone ...
try to select your correct timezone there,
don't forget create cnf
then reset your ip phones
regards
Make sure you have current firmware
There was a bug a while back on some of the newer phones where they would display time improperly for daylight savings. If your router has the correct time and the phone does not, it is probably a phone firmware issue.

How do I 1. Check the phone
How do I
1. Check the phone firmware if this is the case
2. Upgrade it?
Thanks
Time Settings
"sh clock" on the cli should give you the right time
"sh ntp status" gives you the status of ntp
Go to the telephony-service and use the command:
create cnf-files
Then reset the phones
To set the time in cli
To set the time in cli global mode and not conf t
clock set 22:10:00 15 july 2008 <<< change time and date but not the 00>>
