imap setup with outlook no emails getting thru and i am truly stuck

Hi,
I am trying to setup IMAP integration with no success. Here’s what i have done.

1. Using outlook email client setup imap account with ip address of company exchange server
2. Enabled integrated messaging.
3. Setup notifications in cue pointing to the email address from step 1
4. Setup smtp server address in cue pointing to exchange server from step 1

I am not getting anything. I am not sure if the problem is my email client setup or with the cue configuration. I really need a guide to step me thru this. Any help would be great..

Hi

Leave your exchange server out of the equation for now.

1 - create an IMAP account in Outlook that points to the UC500 CUE module (10.1.10.1) for both incoming and outgoing.
2 - Username and password is exactly as you configured in the 'users' section of CCA.
