Making 'url services' work

Hi guys,

I'm a little confused as to why this command does not seem to work:
url services http://....

I've changed the url for directories and authentication, and they are reflect in my softphone. But services just keep pointing back to http://10.1.1.1:80/CMEserverForPhone/serviceurl

I notice that while I cannot change the url that the phones will point to, the page will render 2 options:
1. CME Service URL
2. Extension Mobility

Option 1 will bring me to the service url that i specified.

So my new question is: can I override the very page that the phone service button points to, or is this a limitation of UC/ CME box?

Any advice is appreciated.
