Come on Hoover. I guess I am busier then you trying to get other bugs worked out. I just figured someone would already have the file done. Please help & not crack jokes. And I am not getting paid to make this change. I get paid the same wether we change it or not.

No way to attenuate it on the UC500
Download the audio file (I think it's an .au file) on from the flash and use a utility like Audacity to save a new version with a lower volume and then upload the new file back to the UC500.
