MWI for General delivery mailbox

Hi !!
I just have a little problem with the MWI for the General delivery mailbox .
In fact i have 3 ephone-dn in a hunt group :

ephone-hunt 1 peer
pilot 120 secondary 0298......
list 100, 101, 103
final 888
timeout 15, 15, 15
no-reg both

I have no problem to switch on the MWI for the ephone-dn :

ephone-dn 20
number 8000... no-reg both
mwi on
!
!
ephone-dn 21
number 8001... no-reg both
mwi off

But I don't know how to switch on MWI for the General delivery mailbox .

I read that in a cisco documentation :

When a caller leaves a message in this mailbox, no MWI is turned on.

Is it possible to switch it on where there is a message in ?

MWI for GDM on UC520

GDMs will never light the Red Light on the phone for MWI.
If you put a monitor extension on a phone button you can make it flash an envelope icon but it will never light the Red Light.
A couple other notes about GDMs.
They can only be accessed through personal mailboxes.
When a user has access to one or multiple GDMs they will have an option '9' from thier voicemail menu to access the GDM(s)
To have access to a GDM a user has to be a 'member' (owner does not have acesss) of a group that has a GDM

MWI for GDM on UC520

The GDM is fundamentally the same as a personal mailbox except with how you access it. The MWI is sent to the number configured as the phonenumber. If the CME/CCM is configured with a number on a line, then it will get that envelope icon/light.
The most misunderstood piece is that the MWI is NOT sent for all members of a GDM, only the phonenumber itself.

What is ext. 888 in your config? Is that you VM ext.?

What you do is create a second ephone-dn that will be used only for MWI for your hunt-group. Assign the new -dn to the GVM as well as the pilot of the hunt-group. There are two parameters for the GVM number, "phonenumber" and "phonenumberE164", these are what you will use.
