UC500.com

I have a VPN setup between my UC520 and a ISR 871 that is working fine and I have a phone on the remote side that registers and seems to be ablr to do everything a local phone can do with the expection of getting the background list and the ringtone list. It just has the defalt background and ringtone. Is there something something extra I need to do to make this work? I made sure the VPN allows traffic to 10.1.X.X and 192.168.10.X networks so I think it should be able to get to the TFTP server unless I am missing something. Any help would be great.
