I am having trouble convincing our UC500 system to do new voicemail notification to a numeric pager. I was able to get notifications to phone numbers working, but pager notifications never seem to be sent. Does anyone have any ideas on what to look for that might be causing problems? Thank you, |

Some ideas
1) Make sure your access code is added to the dialed string (leading 9 for example)
2) Capture some PSTN traces to make sure the call is going out. If not, try to determine what's missing (extra digits, pause, etc.)
3) Make sure you are trying to get a message during the configured schedule.
