with UC520, do it possible to create security code so the phone with retricted call to domestics able to make international call by typing security code ?

You can create a dial-peer You can create a dial-peer where the caller must match some predefined digits. example: dial-peer voice 102 pots description International Calls destination-pattern 38011T port 0/3/0:23 prefix 011 The dial peer will strip the code "38011". Then create a COR list where this dial-peer a member of the COR list in which you want to give privlege to dial.
