I have two systems that display caller id number but not the name and number. The circuit is a PRI with b8zs and telco is sending both caller id number and name but says they see a reject from our equipment. any help would be appreciated! |

Possible software defect
You may be running into CSCsm50874:
Symptom:
CME 4.2 does not display calling name when sent in an ISDN facility IE
message. The facility is received and interpreted correctly however it
doesn't show up on the IP phone display.
Latest IOS 12.4(11)XW9 has the fix. You can upgrade to this version using CCA 1.8.
