I recently ran into a problem using the SNR feature of UCC. When an SNR call is connected and the user keys in their password, the call fails to go to conference. After 2 months of troubleshooting with TAC and the developers at Callcomm the problem was determined to be the direct station select feature. Apparently enabling that feature sends different skinny messages that UCC doesn't expect and causes the conference to fail. After removing the service dss config, SNR calls go to conference without any problems. Not sure if this is a bug in UCC or CME...or just an incompatibility of features. So before you start banging your head against the wall when getting UCC set up, keep in mind that you must be using full-consult transfer system and must not be using DSS. Cole
