Hi, We have UC 520 running 12.4(11)XW4 IOS version and running Call manager express 4.2(0) version. I am planning to upgrade call manager express version to 4.2.8. Keeping in view my present IOS version , is there latest IOS version available for UC 520? or else can I update UC 520 to 4.2.8 leaving present IOS untouched?. I did some search but could not find proper answer. Any guidance on this issue is highly appreciated. Thanks, |

The IOS has to match the supported UC520 version. Go to the link below to download the latest UC520 release:

The .zip file will contain the IOS and CME files.
You will need a valid CCO with the proper access to download Voice software.
