I'll be setting up a UC500 system at home to cut my VoIP teeth on and need your suggestions for good training material. Here's my starting point: I have an engineering background and have read through A+, Security+, and a couple of books on TCP/IP. I'm about half-way through the CCNA course at our community college. Thanks in advance, --Thomas |

CCME and CUE admin docs
Yeah the first look labs are good, but unfortunately a lot of it is based in CCA which is pretty limiting.
You will also want to look into the CCME administration doc which will give you command line instructions and also Unity Express admin. That will enable you to leverage all of the features available in the UC500.

First Look Labs

These helped me learn the UC500 system and I still refer to them as a resource.
