Good Day, I would like to clarify some doubts regarding the IP Phones license to UC500 I am currently quoting for:- UC520-24U-8FXO-K9 From my understanding, that the above bundle comes with a 24phone licenses. Using the dynamic configurator, i am checking out a Cisco Unified IP Phone 7945g, it requires me to select a CCME User License Option before i am able to complete my configuration. My question is:- Do i still need the " SW-CCME-UL-7945, Communications Manager Express License For One 7945G Phone" for my UC500 bundle setup? Please advice, |

The 24 User UC500 supports
The 24 User UC500 supports 24 IP phone extensions and I believe it supports upto 4 (additional) remote teleworkers. That is not to say that the first 24 cannot be programmed as teleworkers, just that they have given you 4 additional.
The Maximum number of Directory numbers supported by my UC520
The Maximum number of Directory numbers supported by my 8 user UC520 is 56.
Technically, the box supports 14 phones, But 4 ephones are taken up by the FXS ports on the box and two are for teleworkers.
If you remove the STCAPP configuration for an FXS port you should be able to add an additional IP Phone.
