12.4.20 and Parallel hunt group

I installed UC520-7.0.1-ea that includes 12.4.20.T1. When I do a "ephone-hunt" command, I still don't see "Parallel" as an option. I did a Show Version to verifiy that the correct IOS was loaded.

Looks like the individual

Looks like the individual components are availble for download (IOS, CME4.3, CUE303) but there is still not a UC520-CME4.3 download. The latest build is still;

Latest Build is UC520-4.2.8.zip
Release 4.2(8), 25-Jul-2008

Has anyone upgraded yet?

Just wondering, I'm thinking of taking the plunge tonight...

I didn't see if there were any new phone loads...

On Phone Loads

I have upgraded our UC520 and some customer's UC520's. We have seen no bugs as of yet with with solutions we have implemented. (4xBRI's, 1xSIP ) We do not have 7937's to test yet but the phone load is what is sent to the phone so you can use the loads from ISR platform if you want to get a 7937 up and upgraded. Other users may be able to post a guide or I can post a rough one if it's really needed.

I did my upgrade Friday and

I did my upgrade Friday and got the 7937 working.

You can check out my posting here:

The upgrade was a SEVERE pain since the flash I have is a 128MB card.

It is absolutely beyond me why they would even offer one that small.

If it were me, I would make it one standard and be done with it. Cost average the labor and card and everybody wins.

Nice Post!

The Octo-line rocks for conferencing!

Thanks for the UPDATE!!!!

Couple of Bugs to be aware of with 12.4.20 CME 7.0/4.3

There are two bugs that I ran into with this version. The first bug is with the GUI. I've seen issues that if you make a change in the gui on a single line and the phone is a 7931 it changes all lines instead of a the single line. This is a known bug but do not recall the bug idea. It should be fixed in 12.4.20T1 that should be release soon.

There other bug is dealing with 4.2 and up. UC520-8/16 user unit configured with a Partial PRI, the calling name on inbound calls through the PRI to a 7931 phone, the first character is dropped. This is only with the 7931 phones with firmware 8.1.1 - 8.3.3S. It seems to work fine with other phones. I've got TAC looking at the issue. Will update as soon as I get a fix.
