Unable to connect to UC520

I have made some changes to the DHCP Pool of our UC520 and got a bit lost. I can connect to the UC520 via teh console cable and it seems to indicate it has an IP address of 192.168.10.1 but I cannot ping it (I could before and am on the same network). I'd like to do a factory reset but I dont seem to be able to do that either.
